Art

Sometimes I paint.

When I do, it’s with a water-based medium, most typically watercolor (aquarelle, if you want to be fancy). But I’m no purist. I often mix in gouache, acrylics, or egg tempera, and occasionally colored pencils, ink, pastels, or whatever seems appropriate at the time.

Most of my paintings are figurative landscapes or explorations of people and their surroundings, and often incorporate timely themes in a metaphorical manner.
